Can I cancel my order?No, you cannot cancel your order after you have reached the confirmation screen. How do you protect my personal information?Our ordering process is protected by a secure connection and a digital certificate of site authenticity. How do I register for a course online?Registering for a course is simple. Just find the course you want, click Add to Cart, and then proceed to checkout. Here is the entire process in more detail:
- To see available courses, click one of the links under "Online Courses" in the left menu.
- Add a course to your shopping cart by clicking the Add to Cart link on the course description page.
- At the Shopping Cart page, click the Check Out button. You will be asked to log onto your account or create a new account.
- Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the checkout process.

Can I register for a course by mail?No, we do not accept course registrations by mail. Registering online is usually the fastest way to register for a course. However, if you need to register 10 or more people for a single course, it may be faster to have one of our customer service representatives contact you. You may also qualify for discounts. Our customer service representative will ask you for the following information:
- Course name
- Student names and addresses
- Credit card billing address, shipping address, phone number, and email address

What happens after I regsiter for a course?When you complete registration, you will see the confirmation screen and recieve a receipt via e-mail. To take your course, visit www.dmlgroup.net (this web site), and click the "View My Courses" link in the left menu. You may be asked to log on again. After completing your course, you will be able to view and print a PDF Certificate of Completion. If you purchased the printed certificate option, we will mail your certificate when you complete the course. | Return to top |

Can I stop in the middle of a course without starting over?Yes, but you cannot leave the course while completing a section. Your progress is saved when you complete a section and return to the menu. If you do not complete the full section, you will have to begin that section again. If you want to come back to the course later, you should log off from the main course menu. | Return to top |
How will I know when I have completed the course?If you are able to view your PDF Certificate of Completion, you have completed the course and will receive credit. To complete a course and receive a certificate (if applicable), you must:
- Complete all course sections
- Pass the course exam with a score or 70% or higher (if the course has an exam)
- Spend the minimum amount of time in the course (if the course has a minimum time)

How will I know my exam score?You can see your exam score for a course by clicking on the Grades link in the left menu. If your score is 70% or higher, you have passed the exam. If your exam score is under 70%, you will need to review the course and retake the exam. You can take the exam several times before the course expires. To complete a course and receive a certificate (if applicable), you must:
- Complete all course sections
- Pass the course exam with a score or 70% or higher (if the course has an exam)
- Spend the minimum amount of time in the course (if the course has a minimum time)

How will I know if I've met the minimum time requirement?If your course has a minimum time requirement, you will be notified when you try to view the PDF Certificate of Completion. If your time is less than the required amount, you will need to review the course sections again. You can review the sections several times prior to the exam as long as the course has not expired. To complete a course and receive a certificate (if applicable), you must:
- Complete all course sections
- Pass the course exam with a score or 70% or higher (if the course has an exam)
- Spend the minimum amount of time in the course (if the course has a minimum time)

When and why do courses expire?Courses expire when course content requires maintenance; activities and content have to be updated and maintained to be relevant. After a course expires, it is reviewed, updated, and re-released. Most courses expire on a fixed date, regardless of how much time you spend in the course. However, some courses do expire after you spend the maximum amount of time in the course. A course's expiration details will always be listed on the course information page before you register, and we will also send this information in your email receipt. If your course has a time limit, you can see your remaining time by logging on to the course. If a course expires and you have not completed it, you will need to register and pay for a new course. We do not offer credit for courses that are not completed before they expire. However, you will always know in advance when a course will expire. | Return to top |
