Payment and discounts

Payment methods

For online purchases, we accept PayPal, which allows you to use your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or bank account. You can also pay with a check or purchase order by contacting us. We do not accept cash.

Discount coupons

If you have a discount coupon code, you can enter it when viewing your shopping cart before proceeding to checkout. We do not accept discounts or coupons after an order has been processed.

Bulk discounts

We offer bulk discounts starting with 10 students per course. To arrange a bulk discount, please contact us.

Shipping and delivery

Online courses

For online courses, you will recieve nothing by mail. You can complete the courses entirely online, and you will be able to download your certificate of completion upon passing a course (if applicable). To view your courses, click the View My Courses button at the top-right of any page.

Products

For shippable products, available shipping methods will be shown during checkout.

Refunds and exchanges

Once you complete an order, you cannot cancel it or receive a refund. However, we can exchange non-expired online courses if you have not started them. Please contact us to request an exchange.

Shopping and ordering

How to place an order

  1. Browse available courses and products by clicking on the category links at the top of the page or by searching for specific products.
  2. When you see a product you want, click the Add to Cart button.
  3. On the Shopping Cart Page, click the Proceed to Checkout button.
  4. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the checkout process. You will be required to log in to your account or create a new account. Make sure you have entered your license number(s) and email address correctly before completing your order. During the PayPal transaction, please allow several minutes before continuing to ensure the data is transferred to PayPal and back to the Store. Otherwise, the completed purchases may not be recorded and your purchase email with your login credentials will not be sent.

Once you complete your order, you will receive an e-mail receipt. If you ordered any online courses, you will receive a separate e-mail with login details. If you do not received the login credentials email within 30 mins, the order transaction was disrupted and you will need to contact us to resolve the transaction.

Can I register for a course by mail?

No, we do not accept course registrations by mail. Registering online is usually the fastest way to register for a course. However, if you need to register 10 or more people for a single course, it may be faster to contact us.

 

Online courses and Utah continuing education (CE) credits

Utah continuing education (CE) requirements

Our courses are DOPL-approved and provide CE credits for the renewal of your Utah professional license. We report your training credits directly to DOPL. Learn more about Utah CE requirements.

Reporting credits to DOPL

We will submit your course completion and earned credits to the Utah Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing (DOPL). We submit records to DOPL during the first week of each month unless it is the deadline month. For example, if you take a course in June, we will report your credits to DOPL during the first week of July. However, if the deadline is November, each week the completion records are uploaded. Daily uploades will occur the last few days of registration. It is best not to delay completing your courses.

Viewing your courses

To view the courses you've purchased, click the View My Courses button at the top-right of any page. You will be asked to log in to your store account. If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new password.

Certificates of completion

After you complete a course's requirements, you can download your PDF certificate of completion within the course. Keep this certificate for your records.

Starting and stopping courses

You can start and stop a course as needed, and your progress will be saved.

Completing a course and getting credits

If you are able to view your PDF certificate of completion, you have completed the course and will receive credit.

To complete a course, you must:

  • Complete all course sections.
  • Pass the course exam with a score or 70% or higher (if the course has an exam)
  • Spend the minimum amount of time in the course (if the course has a minimum time)

Course expiration dates

A course's expiration date is listed on the course information and in your email receipt. Courses expire when course content requires maintenance; activities and content have to be updated and maintained to be relevant. After a course expires, it is reviewed, updated, and re-released.

If a course expires and you have not completed it, you will need to register and pay for a new course. We do not offer credit for courses that are not completed before they expire. However, you will always know in advance when a course will expire.

To log in, click the Log In link in the top-right corner of any page. If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new password.

Viewing account information and orders

To view your account information and all your past orders, click the My Account link at the top of any page.

Changing your password

To change your password, click the My Account link at the top of any page. Then, click the Account Information link, and select the Change Password box.

Privacy and security

Site security

Our ordering process is protected by a secure connection and a digital certificate of site authenticity. We do not store any credit card or financial information. We use PayPal to securely process payments.

On portions of the site that are protected by your username and password, it is your responsibility to protect your privacy by keeping your username and password confidential. Also, ensure that you log off from the site before leaving your computer.
